How we make decisions and ensure accountability.
Decisions are made democratically within the Governing Council. Major decisions regarding amendments or restructuring require a 3/5 majority vote.
We hold weekly operational meetings and monthly general meetings. Financial reports (when applicable) are prepared monthly to ensure transparency.
